Hometown museum Betancuria
In the former capital of the island has a smal Hometown museum.
Here is a glimpse into the life of the aborigines of the island through archaeological finds, fossils, photographs, models and various pottery finds is granted. Information on the various boards can be found also information about religion , climate and fishing in that era.
At the entrance of the museum there are two cannons that were captured in 1734 at the Battle of Tuineje.
